What counts as a "message"?
One back-and-forth interaction:
- User sends message → Bot responds = 1 message counted
Messages reset monthly.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Your chatbot will stop working. You may need to upgrade to higher plan or buy message package addon.
Options if you exceed regularly:
- Optimize your chatbot (reduce unnecessary responses)
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Fair use throttling may apply for extreme overages
What is "Fair Use Policy"?
Fair use means using the platform as intended for normal business operations.
Examples of fair use:
- Running customer support chatbots
- Handling inquiries on your website
- Automating FAQs
Examples of abuse:
- Using it as a commercial API reselling service
- Running hundreds of bots for other businesses
- Excessive automated testing
