At Ainisa, we take pride in the quality and value of our subscription-based service. We offer flexible subscription plans of monthly, or yearly durations to suit your needs. Should you find yourself not completely satisfied with Ainisa, we provide a generous refund policy as detailed below:
- Low Usage Refund
- If, after subscribing to any of our plans, you find Ainisa to be below your expectations and your usage is minimal (near zero), we will issue a full refund of your subscription fee, minus any transaction fees incurred.
- To qualify for a low usage refund, please contact our customer support team within the first quarter of your subscription period (within the first 7 days for a monthly plan, or 3 months for an annual plan).
- Annual Plan Refund
- If you subscribed to our annual plan and decide to cancel early, we will refund the remaining unused months on a prorated basis.
- The refund will be calculated by converting your annual plan to a monthly rate and refunding the difference for the unused months, minus any transaction fees.
- Refund = (Annual fee paid - (Monthly fee x Months used)) - Transaction fees
- Refund Processing
- All refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
