Refund Policy

At Ainisa, we stand behind the quality of our AI chatbot platform and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all subscription types.

1. Lifetime License Refund

  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All lifetime licenses purchased through our promotional partners (such as DealMirror) include a full 60-day money-back guarantee.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, your usage must be minimal (fewer than 50 messages sent and fewer than 5 knowledge base documents uploaded) within the 60-day period.
  • After 60 Days: Lifetime licenses become non-refundable after the 60-day guarantee period expires.
  • Fair Use: Ainisa reserves the right to terminate lifetime licenses that violate our fair use policy, including reselling access, excessive API abuse, or violations of OpenAI's terms of service. Such terminations will not include refunds.
  • Transaction Fees: Payment processor transaction fees are non-refundable.

2. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

  • No-Refund Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to Ainisa until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription period. You receive the full value of the time you've paid for.
  • No Automatic Renewal: Once cancelled, your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Service Outages: If Ainisa experiences extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, we will provide account credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge.

4. Refund Request Process

  • How to Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at info@ainisa.com.
  • Required Information: Please include your account email, purchase date, order number, and reason for the refund request.
  • Response Time: You will receive an initial response to your refund request within 24 hours.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Important Notes

  • Transaction Fees: Payment processor fees (typically 2-3% of transaction) are non-refundable across all refund scenarios.
  • Future Updates: Lifetime license holders will not be affected by future changes to this refund policy. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your license.
  • Policy Changes: This refund policy may be updated at Ainisa's discretion. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
